When attempting to install SQL2008 SP3 on Server 2008r2 i get an error saying Rule "Setup account privileges" Failed. Says it does not have one or both of "right to backup files" and "manage auditing and security log." I am domain admin (server did change domains a couple months ago) and account is part of the local administrators group. I have check to make sure local security policy includes the local administrator group in all necessary right assignments (from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2000257).
Here is the outputfrom accesschk
C:\Users\DOMAIN\USER\Downloads\AccessChk>accesschk.exe -a DOMAIN\USER\ *Accesschk v5.11 - Reports effective permissions for securable objects
