unable to uninstall sql instance( 2005 ) from the cluster node

I am trying to uninstall sql server 2005 , one of the instances from the sql cluster and it was giving me an error to register ASP.NET with IIS

I kept trying to register asp.net using regiis and then repaired netframework and also reset iis and nothing worked

I uninstalled iis and re-installed it with asp.net but now it wont pass the system check and the uninstall wizard fails
