SQL2012 Cluster: Activity Monitor % Processor Time GRAYED OUT

I have, while logged-in as sa, run the following:

grant VIEW SERVER STATE to "me"
grant ALTER ANY DATABASE to "me"

"me" is my Windows domain login.

I have also added, as I'm a Local Admin on the cluster, my login and several other Groups to both the "Performance Log Users" Group AND the "Performance Monitor Users" Group in GPEDIT.

I have logged off Windows.

I have restarted SSMS2012.

What next?  Do I need to fail the cluster over?????

Please help as THIS Windows 2008 R2 SP1 cluster using SQL 2012 EE RTM refuses to show the % Processor Time graph.

I have equivalent permissions and Local Admin Group membership on the current cluster and SQL2008R2's Activity Monitor shows this graph...

EXASPERATED!

Thanks in hopes.........
