How to set up cluster from Scratch

Hi All,

We got requirement to set up SQL server Active passive cluster for testing? I dont know anything about clustering. I have some questions kindly clarify.

1)Does only one physical machine is sufficient for Cluster deployment?

2)if yes what are the prerequisites required? 2.a how to procure windows (OS) for that? 2.b)is there is any specific method to deploy?

3) If not how many minimum machines required?3.a how to procure windows (OS) for that? 3.b)is there is any specific method to deploy?

4) SQL SERVER enterprise edition(As i read from some where) only one license is enough for ACTIVE/PASSIVE,is this true?

5)If yes after (Question 2 & 3) procuring OS, How to start with SQL SERVER INSTALLATION? 5.a) how to set up1 IP for 2 instances?
